Pockets, bags and hands#

Storage follows the clothes and bags you carry: separate trouser pockets, a hoodie pouch, or a backpack’s main and front compartments.

Each compartment has weight, size and item-type limits. A light item can still be too large for a pocket. Two-handed items require both hands free.

Packed bags and full pockets#

A packed wallet takes up space and weight in the pocket or bag holding it. Container limits prevent stacking bags inside bags for extra room.

Bags must be empty before you take them off. Changing clothes also requires empty pockets, and the new garment may have less storage.

Giving and showing items#

Nearby item and cash offers require the recipient’s acceptance and enough carrying space.

You can show an ID or bank card for someone to inspect without handing it over.

Details that stay with an item#

Phones keep their own contacts and history when passed to someone else. Loose vehicle parts retain their condition, but the inventory only shows basic details. Exact health requires a mechanic’s inspection.
